Cloud Computing
We have recently began assisting clients to move much of their IT operations (especially email) into the cloud, using Microsoft’s Office 365. With cloud computing users pay a small monthly fee, instead of investing in major hardware such as a server, and the subsequent support requirements. The cloud is especially of interest to businesses with a mobile or distributed workforce. In web building, we pride ourselves on developing sites which are ‘Search Engine Friendly’, aiming to get your business noticed on the Internet. We also create online stores, based on the popular Actinic software. For those clients who like to manage their own content, adding to it and updating it on a regular basis; we can develop a site using WordPress. We modify the underlying code to produce the look and feel which you want; provide some basic training in how to use WordPress, then hand it over to the client for them to complete the content.
