Got an email this morning from Firefox suggesting an upgrade to Firefox 8.0, and was almost taken in. But on closer inspection I found that it came from Firefoxx.com . This is a more sophisticated version of the scam from a month ago: http://www.coras-it.co.uk/blog/firefox-update-scam/
It was quite appealing, especially the message about being ‘optimised for Facebook’, I can imagine some people falling for it.
However the download link doesn’t go to Mozilla’s site. Other people have also got them – see

If you get one of these ….. bin it!
The correct site for Firefox v.8.0 is http://www.mozilla.org/
