Support Contracts

Should you anticipate regular support, training or servicing needs, there are advantages to having a contract with Córas IT.
  • Peace of mind: We are only a 'phone call away and contract clients get priority treatment.Peace of min with a support contract We also make it our business to get to know your business, and continually suggest possibilities.
  • Reduced costs: For as little as 3 hours a month over a 12 month period, our hourly charges are reduced.
  • The cost savings will be greater for a greater number of agreed hours per month; up to a maximum discount of 20%.
  • Priority Response: Contract clients take preference.
  • System Monitoring: Where possible contract clients can have their system remotley monitored, to check that all is in order. Remote offiste work is charged at 60% of the onsite rate.
  • Regular payments by standing order, simplfies your cash-flow and accounting.
  • Additional discounts for Lymm based clients.
