When your web site is finally assembled, it will need to be published. Your pages will be stored on a computer somewhere 'out there' on the web, so that anyone can visit your site and view them.

Córas IT can provide very affordable 'web hosting' with an annual cost starting at £27.50 incl VAT. We will also provide you with 'mailboxes' so that your e-mail address can be sales@yourbusiness.co.uk or whatever you like. This gives a much more professional impression than an email address based on your ISP.

If your site includes an on-line shop you will need additional security such SSL. These can be provided as an extra.

Then we upload your pages, and do final tests to check that everything works. When both you and we are satisfied, your site can 'go live'

A Web Hosting service runs computers (servers) connected to the Internet which store Web sites for others. Thus they are made available and can be viewed by anyone on the World Wide Web.

NOTE:
Your own ISP "Internet Service Provider" such as 'Freeserve' may provide web hosting for free, but often this is restricted to Personal Home Pages only, or the site address will have a long name such as "www. some-isp.co.uk/yourbusinessname".
