Our Advice pages as a document

On these pages, We aim to provide a 'self-help manual' (quick fixes) that you can refer to before getting touch with us. It suggests a few fairly obvious and simple things to check out first. Sorry, but some of the suggestions will be very simple, such as "have you checked that everything is plugged in!"

We also suggest some important precautions which we advise you to take. These MAY prevent a crisis turning into a disaster.
